New Build Solar Installation – Wimbledon Chase:
This bungalow in London required a minimum of 2kWh of solar energy to achieve a specific Energy Rating and secure building control approval. The contractor turned to SolarRoof for assistance. We installed 9 high-efficiency JA Solar 410W panels, paired with 9 Enphase IQ7Plus microinverters for optimal shade performance and energy output. The system is expected to generate 3,241 kWh of electricity in the first year, making the bungalow 23% self-sufficient while meeting the necessary building control requirements.

New Build Solar Installation – Greater London
According to the contractor’s SAP consultant, a minimum of 0.6kWp of solar energy was required to achieve the desired Energy Rating and obtain building control approval. The contractor enlisted the help of SolarRoof, and we installed 2 high-efficiency DMEGC solar panels, paired with 2 Enphase IQ7Plus microinverters to ensure optimal performance. While this is a small solar system, it perfectly met the energy requirements of the property, delivering the necessary results.
